AMY FECHER
While Amy has over twenty-five years of experience working in public, private, and not‐for‐profit sectors; she has now taken the leap into small business entrepreneurship
with an online boutique for women.
Amy has always had a flair for fashion and enjoyed following clothing trends. She understands which trends will and won’t work for most people. Additionally, she knows
the value of a dollar and has at times in her life, been forced to be very thrifty – such as when she was a single mom for nine years. Therefore, her focus for the boutique is to
curate clothing that is trendy, affordable and high quality.
Amy and her husband, Shawn, are a blended family. Combined, they have three boys, Peyton, Cain, and Mason. Amy has always loved being a boy mom and is a mama bear at times – both to them and for them. The latest additions to the family are two more boys - her fur baby rescue cats, Bear and Blaze, who are brothers.
Amy has never shied away from hard work. She has worked in some capacity since she was sixteen years old. She has worked for two governors of Arkansas, and currently works full time while building a thriving business.
The name Ruby Stone represents more than just a clothing business.
Proverbs 3:15 says “She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare
with her.”
The word “stone” has several meanings and references in the Bible, one of which is truth.
The core value of Ruby Stone is to be a forum where women feel valued, welcomed, encouraged, and pointed to the truth – that they are loved. “Know Your
Worth” is the mantra that will continually be spoken and lived at Ruby Stone.
Psalms 46:5 “God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at the break of day.”
